All sales are final. The free tier is how you try TEF Trainer before paying.

The policy
We do not refund a payment because you changed your mind, finished studying or sat your exam. That applies to a monthly payment and to the 3-month pass alike.
144 questions and 32 speaking and writing topics are free, with translations and explanations, no card needed. Please try them first.
When we do refund
If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, that is our mistake and we refund it. Email support@teftrainer.com with the email you bought with.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Cancelling
Cancelling a monthly plan stops the next payment, from the customer portal linked in your receipt or from Settings. You keep access until the month you paid for ends.
The 3-month pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Before you charge it back
Please write to us first. If something went wrong, an email fixes it faster than a chargeback, which takes weeks and suspends the account while the bank decides.
